Product Refunds
- Eligible only for unused and undamaged products returned within 7 days.
- Must include original packaging and accessories.
- 15% restocking fee may apply.
Service Refunds
- Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Partial refunds may be considered before installation.
Refund Process
Email info@nilsansolar.com with your invoice & reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
