These Terms govern your use of the website and services offered by NILSAN Solar Solutions.

Use of Website

By registering yourself with us you authorize us to contact you via email/ phone call, WhatsApp or SMS and offer you our services, imparting product knowledge, offer promotional offers running on the website, irrespective of the fact if also you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, you still authorize us to give you a call from NILSAN Solar Solutions for the above-mentioned purposes

By using this site, you agree to comply with applicable laws and avoid any disruption to other users or the website’s functionality.

Customer’s Responsibilities/Undertakings

Permit and keep the installed Solar Plant available to be accessed by authorized representative of NILSAN Solar Solutions for carrying out necessary maintenances as deemed fit and proper by the NILSAN Solar Solutions maintenance team.

Arrange for ladder as per NILSAN Solar Solutions’s requirement specifications.

In case of warranty Only NILSAN Solar Solutions’s authorised representatives and no third-party personnel will be allowed and/or engaged by the Customer to attend to project for any purpose whatsoever during the warranty period offered under the present guarantee plan.

In case of warranty Any external damage due to misuse or tampering, or abuse, or neglect, or accident, or human intervention or unpredictable nature or unforeseen events, or repair or modification of Solar Panel by any representative other than NILSAN Solar Solutions representative, or Force Majeure which is beyond NILSAN Solar Solutions's reasonable control or lightning, or flood, or fire, or natural disaster, or accidental breakage, or exposure to salt water or other chemicals, or vandalism, will make the warranty void.

While we work for 0 errror's, errors may occur. customer should co-operate at this situatations for reparing/monitoring/servicing our systems.

Product & Service Information

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability without notice.

Shipping

The project timeline ranges from 45 to 90 days, with no dependencies that could cause delays. However, in the event of unforeseen delays, the timeline may be extended. Customers will be promptly notified of any such extensions.

Orders & Payments

Orders require confirmation and may need advance payment. Prices can change based on project scope or market conditions.

If there are any additional charges charged by MSEB/Third Parties on the project installation, the extra/Additional expense/charges will be borne by the Customer. NILSAN Solar Solutions is not responcible for any other additional charges.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply as per individual product terms.

Warranty claim, replacement of components in case of post installation, should be handled by customer. NILSAN Solar Solutions is not responcible for any third party company commitments.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services.

The liability of NILSAN Solar Solutions shall be limited to providing service and Installation. NILSAN Solar Solutions shall not be liable for damages to surrounding life or structure, death, injuries or any consequential damages of whatsoever nature caused to any person or property.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Maharashtra courts.
